The many frustrations around reaching out for help...

I have heard a lot of scientists and retired military who claim that governments already have advanced technologies. They are many years ahead of the public, keeping us trapped and frustrated in systems that could bring us a wide range of solutions to so many world issues.
While they are using this advance to go ahead with whatever their selfish plans are, we are reduced to consume material and devices that will fail us and drive us crazy.
That is what is not helping at the moment, not only do I get frustrated with how slow things are going to find help for my mum, I am also confronted with an internet connection that lasts a few minutes before it disconnect and reaching out to phone numbers that do not even lead you to a real person but to a recorded voice that tells you which web page you need to access such information.
Or how about when you get through a service that asks you for a specific number such as your account number and the reason on your call is that in fact you have lost that number and need help recover it. How can you ever get through then and ever talk to a human being who will be able to understand your personal and unique situation and help you out!
This is NOT the world I want to live in. A world where it is all about making things cost-effective and profitable where companies end up exploiting us and ripping us off with extra-cost phone calls that end up being run by useless robots for instance.
Thank God today, that was only one of my experiences. On the whole I got very helpful people that were willing to help even though sometimes they could not give a satisfying answer, such as would we be able to visit my mum if we transferred her to their centre. They are all tied up to the words of our president. Our future depends on what comes out of his mouth. Today he will be addressing the nation again and I fear he might order tighter restrictions and thus forbid us to see our family altogether.
If that is the case, I will do more search to see if I can find private nurse that are still human and willing to come and help us at home, in which case I will go and get mum from the hospital.
It is so hard to only communicate with her for a few short minutes and hear her cry on the other end without being able to make eye contact and touch her.
