Chapter 12 - Our worst enemy

Writer: Chantal MichelleChantal Michelle

Sadly billions of humans get sucked into it…

How many earthlings are we now? Billions of us, yet living in different realities.

Right now, I am closing my eyes and picturing a group of aboriginal people of Australia. I see them living in the middle of a wild gorgeous landscape, sitting in a circle around a fire, under the stars. It is quiet and peaceful around them. We hear the fire crack and some coyote howling in the distance. The tribe is gathered in silence. They are communing with each other silently. They are communing with the elements, with Gaia and with the cosmos. There is an energy of harmony and serenity that is palpable. In that meditative state, they are praying. They share an inner song with the rest of the Universe.

Their role is to anchor the new energies on the planet. While the rest of the world if raging with a so called pandemic and other dramas, they are focused in the now.

They know the time has come. The wisdom has been transmitted generation after generation, never lost up to now. This is the time they had been waiting for – The time of the Great Awakening of Humanity. That’s their main reason for incarnating this time around. They came here with the intention to assist in the passage. While the Earth is receiving high energies from the cosmos to bring more light and trigger us to wake up to who we really are, there is another reality for the majority of us.

Another part of humanity is trapped in the system. Billions are being programmed into a way of living that couldn’t be further from that of this group of aboriginals. Next to the indoctrination received from birth by the family, the schools, and the society at large, people get sucked into a deceptive system: the media.

Under the lure of entertainment, they are not only taking us away from ourselves, they are programing us to become less of ourselves by the minute. We have come to believe whatever simply because it is written in a newspaper or simply because it’s on TV. How did that happen?

How did we come to believe that a screen or a piece of paper offers the truth and the only truth? Who is taking a moment to wonder who is writing the script? Who are they? And why do they have the authority to say that things are a certain way? Who’s agenda are we following here?

I was 5 when my father bought our first television. My mum warned him that she did not want to end up like other families where everyone is glued to the screen during mealtimes. The next weekend, my dad invited his brother to show off his new TV and we had lunch…in front of the TV.

Over time we went from eating as a family in the kitchen to moving to the living room after dinner to watch an early movie to moving our meals to the living room table for exceptional events, such as a football match – which of course was only interesting to my dad - to eventually having all our meals in the living room in front of the TV. The news came on at the same time as we were having dinner so there was another shift from being able to speak to each other during dinner to having to shut up because my father couldn’t hear the news…

We slowly went from a family that spoke and shared to a family that hardly communicated.

Not only did the TV destroy my family life but it is still the main evil in the house. I left home as soon as I could but my mother stayed with my father all these years. Before retirement, my father made all these promises. When I get retired, he would say, I will go fishing, I will start cooking, I will resume playing music, we will go for hikes and we will travel. Fast forward now being 20 years in his retirement and my father has only done one out of these five promises.

My parents did go traveling to many interesting places around the world in the last few years. Back home though things are not that exciting and in fact my mum takes any opportunity to get out and walk in nature because my father over the years has lost his hearing ability and has the TV playing a large part of the day way too loud. His life has become that of a vegetable in front of a screen. Not only is the TV changing the whole house atmosphere, it is also hypnotising my father with one stupid program after another.

If I had a magic wand right now, the first thing I would do would be to make all the televisions and other propaganda media of the planet disappear.

Maybe people would finally take the time to look at their life and take care of themselves and their dreams. I have nothing against a good movie but I have not owned a TV for 11 years now and I feel so much better for it.

I feel people’ brains get hammered with commands without them realising. I know that if tomorrow there was no medium of propaganda, people would not be informed of what is going on in other parts of the world, there would be less fear and we would not be in the situation we are in which is a worldwide dictatorship in my opinion.
